RISE festival is a non-profit, apolitical, undenominational, cultural and music festival.

It's always free entry and takes place every September.

The festival focus on independent music, from the niche to popular bands.

 

One tradition of the festival is the contest for emerging bands ("Battle of Bands"), dedicated to young local musicians who, want to challenge themselves and perform with high commitment and dedication to win the opportunity to get access to the music scenario.
